Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of blancocleaningco.com and any services provided by Blanco Cleaning Co., operated by Casa Blanco LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Blanco Cleaning Co. provides residential and short-term rental cleaning services in the Denver metro area, including Aurora, Thornton, Northglenn, and Westminster. Services are performed by independent contractors coordinated by Casa Blanco LLC.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings are made through our online booking form or by phone.

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written or SMS confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Please ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time. If our cleaner cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Scenario Policy

Cancellation 24+ hours before No charge

Cancellation under 24 hours 50% of service fee

No-show / locked out Full service fee charged

Rescheduling 24+ hours before Free, subject to availability

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, cleaner emergency, etc.) with as much notice as possible and no penalty to you.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately following service completion.

We accept all major credit cards and digital payments.

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in service suspension and additional fees.

Prices are subject to change. Confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question. We do not offer refunds for completed services outside of this window.

6. Access to Property

By booking with us, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the property for cleaning purposes. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas included in the service.

7. Liability & Damage

Our cleaners take care with all personal property. In the event of accidental damage, notify us within 24 hours with photos.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value, or damage resulting from property conditions not disclosed at booking.

Our liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Independent Contractors

Cleaning services are performed by independent contractors. Blanco Cleaning Co. coordinates scheduling and quality standards but contractors are not employees of Casa Blanco LLC. We are not liable for the independent actions of contractors outside the scope of the booked service.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or engage in inappropriate conduct with any cleaner

Request services outside the agreed scope without prior authorization

Attempt to hire or contract directly with any cleaner introduced through Blanco Cleaning Co. for a period of 12 months following your last service

10. Intellectual Property

All content on blancocleaningco.com — including logos, copy, graphics, and branding — is owned by Casa Blanco LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
